Summary of reasons for blistering of plastic materials after laser marking
DATE:2022/10/10 17:15:06  Page view:2708

As for the blistering phenomenon in laser marking of some plastic materials, the main source is the workpiece itself. Now, please follow Foshan Fulan Laser to see what the reasons are:
1. The marking shall be carried out after the treatment of protective oil (i.e. sealing oil). Bubbling is unavoidable.
2. When the bottom paint film is not completely dry, the surface paint shall be coated again.
3. The joints and eyelets of the substrate are not filled, and there are gaps and eyelets.
4. Paint viscosity is too high. Improper paint mix.
5. Drag the brush back and forth during brushing, and the bubbles generated are not eliminated.
6. There is water in the compressor and air pipe, or water splashes on the construction surface.
7. If the substrate is not properly treated, bubbles may occur when the residual substances volatilize naturally.
