Teflon refers to polytetrafluoroethylene, commonly known as "plastic king", which is a high molecular polymer obtained by polymerizing tetrafluoroethylene as a monomer. The English name is teflon, the Chinese transliteration of teflon is Teflon, and it can also be transliterated as Teflon, Teflon, Teflon, Teflon, Teflon, Teflon, etc.
Teflon coating is not sprayed on, it is permanently non-stick and anti-corrosion, because in the process of use, the surface of the coating will be worn by products or hard objects, and its non-stick effect will be attenuated. After wear, it is necessary to re-coat the Teflon coating on the surface of the workpiece.
So, how do you remove the old Teflon coating?
The traditional method often uses a sandblasting machine to blast the old coating (it takes a lot of effort to knock off the old coating, and sandblasting will dull the mold edge). Or bake it for 0.5-2 hours at a high temperature above 400°C to carbonize the grease on the workpiece. The old coating is also partially carbonized, its adhesion becomes poor, and then the old coating is knocked off with a sandblaster. (It is more wasteful of energy consumption, the workpiece is easily deformed, and sandblasting will passivate the mold edge). It can be seen that there are more or less defects in the traditional process. According to the needs of the market, Foshan Fulan Laser independently developed and produced the large-format laser marking machine (patented product), which can easily solve the problems existing in the traditional method of removing Teflon coating.
Using the large-format laser marking machine independently developed and produced by Foshan Fulan Laser, even if there are curved surfaces or grooves with different heights, the laser can reach without dead ends. The laser marking machine (laser engraving machine) peels off the Teflon layer, and the Teflon layer can be ripped off in one piece with a single sweep of the laser. Simple operation, high efficiency, time-saving and labor-saving, no damage to the workpiece substrate, and clean removal.
