Conventional lenses have a working range of 70×70 (mm), 110×110 (mm), 170×170 (mm), 220×220 (mm), 300×300 (mm). Larger lenses on the market can generally be used. It is about 500×500 (mm), but it is very rare and needs to be customized.

1. First test whether the power of the laser can meet the requirements. The larger the laser power, the larger the applicable lens working range. Because once the range is enlarged, the power of the laser to the energy of the processing surface becomes smaller, and the requirements must be met first;

2. When the lens is enlarged, the focal length becomes larger, and the stroke of the lifting shaft (that is, the lifting platform) must be increased;

Although this lens-changing large-format marking method is simple, effective and low-cost, it has the following disadvantages:

1. If the format becomes larger, the energy becomes weaker, and the marking lines will be uneven or unclear or too thick;

2. Due to the increased dispersion angle of the lens, the edge will be slightly deformed. The larger the lens, the greater the edge deformation.

3. The marking range is limited. What is the working range specification of the lens used? What is the maximum marking format. For example, if the lens is 300×300 (mm), then the maximum marking range is 300×300 (mm).
